fix: require a trun box only in CMAF tracks

SEG-STRUCTURE reported a traf without trun as an error in every media
segment and skipped the fragment. ISO/IEC 14496-12 8.8.8 allows any
number of trun boxes in a traf, including none, and the Delivery Unit
Media Segment format (ISO/IEC 23009-1 6.3.5.2) does not require one.
CMAF requires exactly one (ISO/IEC 23000-19 Table 5, through Table 7 for
CMAF chunks), so SEG-CMAF-CHUNK, which reported more than one, now also
reports none. A fragment without trun has no samples, and the next
fragment continues it.
