fix: check whole Segment Sequences against @maxSegmentDuration in MPD-MAXSEGDUR

MPD-MAXSEGDUR divided S@d and SegmentTemplate@duration by @k and compared
the Partial Segment duration with MPD@maxSegmentDuration. ISO/IEC 23009-1
5.3.9.6.2 says no @d shall exceed @maxSegmentDuration, and @d is the
duration of the whole Segment Sequence (5.3.9.7.1). Table 3 defines
@maxSegmentDuration as the maximum duration of any Segment or Segment
Sequence. The division came from a07bcf7 for the CTA WAVE ca4s at2 vector
(maxSegmentDuration 0.5 s, 2 s sequences of four parts), which now fails.
