Allow mocks built with Method alone (#183)

A mock built with Method and no URL panicked with a nil pointer in the path
matcher, and in Result.UnmatchedMocks when unused. The path, host and scheme
matchers now skip such mocks, so they match any URL, and the unmatched mock
reports an empty URL. MockRequest.URL and URLf set a URL for these mocks.
