Suggest openapi-verifier for checking responses against the document (#12)

Adds `radebatz/openapi-verifier` to `suggest` and a README section on
verifying responses against the generated document.

The section shows the Laravel test adapter with the file the
introspector writes. Reason for passing that file is that the verifier
otherwise builds its own document from the attributes alone, and
responses on a handler that only carries `#[OA\Response]` are missing
from it.
