Drop the conflict with L5-Swagger before 11.2.1 (#11)

## Overview

1.2.0 conflicts with L5-Swagger before 11.2.1, so a project on an older
L5-Swagger cannot install it, although the README keeps an artisan
command for exactly those projects. The factory is only loaded when the
config names it, so the conflict protects nothing.

## Summary

- The package installs next to any L5-Swagger version again
- The `suggest` entry names 11.2.1 as the version the factory needs
