* chore: swap prettier for bun fmt and tsc for bun check

bun check (Bun 1.4.3) is a typescript-go port that reports the same errors
as tsc, at roughly 2-7x the speed here. bun fmt matches prettier's output on
all 425 formatted files and reads the existing .prettierrc, but it is
canary-only until 1.4.4, so Client Tests runs on canary until then.

bun lint reads the existing .oxlintrc.json files and produces identical
diagnostics, so the oxlint devDependency, its Dependabot group, and the
node-shebang references go away.

* chore: swap concurrently for bun run --parallel

Root dev runs client, server and html-to-image through bun's native
--parallel via per-service dev:* scripts, so the concurrently
devDependency and its node-shebang footgun go away.

* ci: lint client and server with bun lint

Runs in the client job, the only one on canary Bun, until 1.4.4 is
stable.

* chore: drop rimraf and audit dependencies in CI

The server clean script is a plain rm -rf, so rimraf and its node-shebang
entry go away. bun audit runs in the client job.

* ci: move to stable Bun 1.4.4, keep only bun lint on canary

1.4.4 ships bun fmt and bun check but not bun lint, so the client job
moves to stable and lint gets its own canary job. Docker images bump to
oven/bun:1.4.4-alpine.
