Revert "chore: swap oxlint for bun lint" (#555)

bun lint did not ship in Bun 1.4.4, so on stable `bun lint` falls through
to the `lint` script, which calls itself until it fails with E2BIG. That
broke `bun run lint` and the pre-commit hook. oxlint is back (^1.88.0,
matching main) and the Lint job runs on stable Bun instead of canary.

This reverts commit 0febc5ca5.
