[dependency] Drop go-grpc-middleware and bump flagged dependencies (#224)

#### Description

- `tools/pkg/comm/server.go` chains interceptors with grpc's built-in
`grpc.ChainStreamInterceptor` and `grpc.ChainUnaryInterceptor`, so
`github.com/grpc-ecosystem/go-grpc-middleware` is no longer needed.
- Bump `IBM/idemix` to v0.3.1, `golang.org/x/crypto` to v0.58.0,
`golang.org/x/mod` to v0.42.0 and `go.opentelemetry.io/otel/sdk` to
v1.47.0, then `go mod tidy`.
