Name the standard JSON-RPC error codes

Use JSONRPC_PARSE_ERROR and JSONRPC_METHOD_NOT_FOUND in the MCP route while preserving numeric codes and response behaviour. Add HTTP regressions for malformed JSON and unknown methods, including error envelopes, request IDs and numeric JSON serialization. Keep version 1.1.4 for the next deployment.

Validation: 32 assertions pass across the base and MCP tests.
