fix(validation): keep the click when a blur message moves the button (#2491)

- pointer-press: new internals module that tracks trusted presses of
  the primary button. The release runs as a MessageChannel task after
  the click, so fake timers in app tests do not hold it. A key press,
  a pointer move with no button down and window blur also end a press
- validator: hold updates during a press, after the first render that
  reads the projected slots. A host render in a press keeps the message
  slots that it forwarded before, and the host renders again after the
  release, so a held message keeps its text
- add --ig-helper-min-lines (1, 2 or 3) to keep space for message
  lines. The helper-text wrapper gets a min block size in a container
  style query. An empty wrapper is now absolutely positioned and
  hidden instead of display: none. The Indigo icon size comes from a
  validator theme aggregator
- component base: form controls inside a component reserve no lines;
  the tree item resets its checkbox; a radio group reserves only on
  its last radio
- tests: real-pointer regression specs, reserved heights in four
  themes, inner controls, pointer-press suite
- docs: @cssproperty on the 12 form controls, spec.md files,
  public-api.json, changelog
