[Web Demo] Add browser manipulator and reorganize web demos (#1650)

## Summary

Add a terminal-controlled browser manipulator and organize web demos by use case.

## Changes

- Add read-only visualization using `rclnodejs/web` and `Three.js`, with dual views, live telemetry, and reconnection.
- Group API playground demos into `Vanilla` and `Vite + TypeScript` variants and update relocated paths.
- Add a screen recording, concise setup guides, demo navigation, and an OpenAPI sample.
- Update documentation links while preserving the Electron demo.
