### Summary
Fixes #3490.

### Details and comments

- Updated documentation files, such that calibrator and calibrator
options documentation renders in sphinx.
- Fixed errors in the calibrator docstring, and made it emphasize that
calibration works only in sessions.
- Moved the calibrator to the top level, and the calibrator options one
level upwards.

Temporarily pointing to `_dev` models in the schemas repository, and
switching to ibm-quantum-schemas's main branch.
