Final tweaks to Calibrator (#3488)

### Summary
This PR removes all of the sub-options, since we do not yet support
setting them.

Do not merge: Requires custom image.

Snippet to test it:
```python
from qiskit_ibm_runtime import QiskitRuntimeService, Session
from qiskit_ibm_runtime.calibrator import Calibrator

service = QiskitRuntimeService(name="staging")
backend = service.backend(name="test_heron")

image = "qiskit-ibm-primitives:3edfba2d9"
with Session(backend) as session:
    calibrator = Calibrator(session)
    calibrator.options.environment.image = image
    job = calibrator.run()

result = job.result()
print(result)
```
Returns:
