fix(typegen): keep a schema or function name with a line break inside one doc comment code span (#1976)

## Summary

`_writeDocComment` splits on every line terminator, so a schema, table,
or function name containing one was broken across two doc comment lines,
splitting the backtick code span. In the hostile golden this produced
docs such as:

```dart
/// Calls the `evil
/// multiline "schema" name.it's` function, …
```

`_displayName` now replaces line terminators with spaces, which covers
the table, row, insert, update, relation, and RPC method docs. The enum
doc line, which uses the schema-qualified name, does the same. The
hostile golden is regenerated.

The generated code already compiled and analyzed cleanly, so this only
affects how the docs read.
