fix(regex): say how to write a literal colon in the bare POSIX class error

A class whose content starts and ends with ':' is rejected as a POSIX
class written without its outer brackets, but the hint did not say what
to write. It now names the POSIX class and says to list ':' once for a
literal colon, which always gives the same set because such a class
lists ':' twice. The compiler's regex literals get the same advice.
