fix!: remove administrative metadata from Client API configuration

Remove `stale`, `description` and `type` from Client API feature
configuration. These fields describe the flag administratively and do
not affect SDK evaluation. `lastSeen` and `createdAt` are already absent
from the current full and delta responses.

The removed fields were optional in the OpenAPI schema. That does not
prove custom consumers never use them.

## Changes

- Full and single-feature Client API responses omit the administrative
fields. Client polling queries stop selecting the unused flag metadata
columns.
- Delta hydration and feature updates use the same reduced
configuration. The delta read model also stops selecting an unused
creation timestamp. Streaming consumes these delta payloads.
- Update the Client API OpenAPI schema and regenerate the existing
`ClientFeatureSchema` model, retaining its name. Method signatures and
the ETag version remain unchanged.
