fix(regex): read a bare POSIX class by the compiler's rule

A POSIX class written without its outer brackets was recognised only as
`[:` letters `:]`, so `[:a-z:]`, `[:-@:]` and `[:a\]:]` were accepted as
ordinary classes, while the compiler's regex literals reject them. The
rule is now the compiler's: when the content of a class, after any `^`,
starts with a colon, a colon that closes the class with at least one
character in between is an error. `[::]`, `[^::]`, an escaped colon and
a colon that ends a range are still ordinary characters.
