Message ids: null and '' both generate a UUID 4

Message::__construct() keeps ?string $messageId = null. Null (the
default) and '' both generate a UUID 4; any other string, including "0",
is kept. The docblock, API reference and concepts guide say so, tests
cover null, '', an explicit id and "0", and docs and examples use named
arguments instead of a positional null.
