Keep the serialized message out of serializer exceptions

MessageSerializer put the whole serialized string into its exception
messages, so payloads with personal data or tokens reached logs and error
trackers. The messages now name the problem, the length and a SHA-256 prefix
of the string; invalid JSON keeps the JsonException as previous and its code.
