* feat(chat): scenario stories, a11y and scroll fixes

- Rewrite the chat stories as four scenarios: docs assistant,
  support widget, team channel and agent desk.
- Follow the newest message only while the list is at the bottom.
- Render image MIME types as images, apply acceptedFiles to the file
  picker, add focusInput() and make attachment headers keyboard
  operable.
- Name the message actions and input controls from resource strings;
  like and dislike expose aria-pressed.
- Forward the host aria-pressed in igc-button and igc-icon-button.
- Keep core resource keys that have no deprecated name in the i18n
  controller.
- Bump igniteui-i18n-core and igniteui-i18n-resources to 2.0.0-rc.0.
