Preserve singleton keys in multiple aggregations (#730)

Preserve group identifiers when multiple aggregations use a one-item list or tuple as the key selector.

For example:

import petl as etl
table = [('foo', 'bar'), ('aaa', 1), ('aaa', 2)]
list(etl.aggregate(table, key=['foo'], aggregation={'total': ('bar', sum)}))

Before: `[('foo', 'total'), ('a', 'a', 'a', 3)]`
After: `[('foo', 'total'), ('aaa', 3)]`
