Return the original value from boolparser(strict=False) (#745)

This is making `boolparser(strict=False)` return
the original value when it can't be parsed, as its docstring says. It
currently returns the stripped and lowercased copy (`' Maybe '` comes
back as `'maybe'`), and non-string values such as `None` or numbers
raise `AttributeError` from `.strip()`, which makes the non-strict
parser unusable with `convert()` on columns that have missing values.
