Preserve literal string keys in oc.dict.values references (#1435)

Empty keys, whitespace and interpolation-like key text could fail or select another value. Valid source paths could also become invalid when reused in generated references.

Extend the existing private escape/unescape helpers and interpolation grammar, using empty brackets for empty string components. Escape source-path components before generating the existing live references. Preserve ListConfig behavior, relative context, alias writes and YAML round trips. Keep the agreed non-string key limitation outside this fix.

Validation: 3,134 focused tests and 9,758 full-suite tests passed, 362 skipped, 100% coverage. Formatting, lint, types, public type coverage, generated API and documentation examples passed.

Addresses #1424.
