Reject malformed key paths before selection or mutation (#1434)

Paths such as a[b and a[b]junk previously selected a valid prefix; update could overwrite that prefix. Require complete path parsing. Malformed writes and selects without an explicit default raise. OmegaConf.select() and oc.select return explicit defaults for malformed paths, while value-resolution errors still raise.

Validate every dotlist or CLI path before applying any entry. Preserve existing literal bracket spellings, can_select's False result, direct indexing, and partial updates after other input/value/type errors. Keep absolute and relative resolver lookup behavior and strict dictionary resolver paths. Document the compatibility change.

Validation: 2,271 focused tests and 9,252 full-suite tests passed, 362 skipped, 100% coverage. Formatting, lint, typing, generated API, and documentation checks passed.
