fix(MultiSelect): count every option in the list toward the counter total (#1678)

{total} counted only the options a user can select, so three visible options with one disabled read 2/2 once the other two were selected, as if everything were selected. It counts every option in the list now, disabled ones and the ones inside a group included, plus any selected value the current options lack, so a disabled option shows that not everything is selected and the count never exceeds the total. The select all button and the header template's total keep counting the options a user can select.
