feat(session): bridge context to local native Detective operations (#407)

Native session Detective dispatch now pins the exact Check graph, query revisions, typed bag selections and authoritative Case inputs before executing the existing native evaluator. Explicit retries use the same acceptance; status and reconcile cannot manufacture another source execution.

The local filesystem journal and actual session SQLite repository share physical project admission. Every dependency source query rechecks its durable fence, source execution releases admission, and native finalization validates the current Case and fence under admission. Known Produced results survive fenced finalization and reconcile without reevaluation. Native CaseRunLink materialization and metadata-only evidence handoff remain owned by the native journal.

The HTTP and terminal recovery surfaces use the shared operation locator and sanitized accepted-actor status. A trusted bounded worker scrubs session pins and marks session-owned native references unavailable while preserving separately owned Case evidence. Capability defaults remain disabled; the contextnativefixture build tag is proof-only and absent from release configuration. Windows bridge admission remains unavailable while legacy writes retain their prior compatibility.

Validation: all seven affected Go packages reach 100% statement coverage; focused vet and diff checks pass. Tests exercise real SQLite, child-process admission races, physical/symlink/case aliases on macOS, durable acceptance and write failures, Stop between dependency queries, Produced recovery, revoked-content status/reconcile, exact saved Chinook query bodies, and bounded scrub replay. Test-owned loopback listeners close on completion.

This PR does not prove hosted-store conformance, cross-store ACID, instantaneous query cancellation, production capability activation, or the full browser journey. It consumes the published Core v0.57.0 owner protocol.
