feat(examples): client-owned streaming chat with a rerun-budget test (#4099)

examples/chat-client is the twin of examples/chat with the browser owning
the view: a "use server" async generator (`reply`) yields text deltas, and
the browser writes them into a projection's draft, one store write per
chunk, keeping the conversation in a store and the question under
generation in a signal. Stop supersedes the read: the projection re-runs
with no question, the previous run's iterator is closed through `return()`,
the client runtime aborts the call behind it, and `request.signal` fires on
the server, which `reply` forwards to the (fake) model. The README states
that contract, and that a durable job (examples/chat) deliberately does not
forward it.

The acceptance test (vitest, jsdom, fake timers) drives a generation with
the server function running in-process and captures it with
@solidjs/diagnostics: no diagnostics, text bindings re-run at most once per
chunk across every block, the lists re-run only when a block is added, and
wasted runs are bounded to the known ones. Blocks live in the projection's
store rather than a memo over the text: a memo returning a new array per
chunk made `<For>` recompute its mapping every chunk (WASTED_RECOMPUTE).

Wired as the other examples are: workspace glob, changeset ignore and
pre.json, and the examples grid plan.
