feat(i18n): add Hindi language support (#859)

Ref #468

This adds Hindi (हिन्दी) to Karpor, following the same pattern as the
Korean PR #828.

## What changed
- `ui/src/locales/hi.json`: the Hindi UI locale. It has all 220 keys
from `en.json`, with the same nesting, and every `{{placeholder}}` and
the HTML in `TokenCreationGuide` kept as is.
- `ui/src/i18n.js`: registers `hi`.
- `ui/src/index.tsx`: maps `hi` to antd's `hi_IN` locale, so built-in
components such as pagination and date pickers are in Hindi too.
- `ui/src/utils/constants.ts`: adds हिन्दी to `Languages` and
`LanguagesMap`.
- `README-hi.md`: a Hindi translation of the README. The contributors
table, badges and commands are unchanged.
- The other READMEs: a हिन्दी link in each language bar.

## Translation notes
- Technical terms that Hindi-speaking engineers use in English are
transliterated rather than translated (क्लस्टर, पॉड, टोकन, YAML,
KubeConfig). Words that read naturally in Hindi are translated (खोज,
समस्याएँ, निदान, व्याख्या).
- Some strings are joined with other text in the UI, so I wrote them to
read correctly in Hindi word order:
  - "Occurs N times" becomes "कुल N बार".
  - "About N results" becomes "लगभग N खोज परिणाम".
  - `TheFileMustBeIn` keeps a trailing space before the file extensions.

## How I checked it
- A script compared `hi.json` with `en.json`: 220 of 220 keys, no extra
keys, and all placeholders match.
- Loaded `hi.json` in i18next. `LogAggregator.ConnectedTip` renders as
"कंटेनर nginx से कनेक्टेड".
- `antd/locale/hi_IN` resolves. `tsc --noEmit` reports no errors in
`src/`, and eslint passes on the changed files.
- I could not run a full `npm run build` locally. The repo has no
lockfile, and a fresh install pulls an `ajv` version that breaks
webpack's config loading, which is unrelated to this change. CI should
confirm the build.

@Prachi-Gupta2808 offered Hindi earlier on #468. Happy to take any
review suggestions on the wording.
