Compiler: drop identity edges already covered by a dispatch edge (#63689)

A local inference proof certifies the CodeInstance it was derived from
with an identity `invoke` edge (`m.sig`, target). When the proof is
flattened into a call site's edge list, that site usually also has a
plain dispatch edge to the same CodeInstance. The dispatch edge already
fails verification whenever the identity edge would (its method being
replaced), and an invoke backedge on `m.sig` is never invalidated by
method insertion, so the pair only adds image size, a duplicate
backedge, and verification work.

`materialize_inference_edges` now drops such pairs. On x86_64 this
removes ~118k redundant pairs, shrinking the sysimage heap by 5 MiB
(edges and the serialized MI backedges) and the stdlib pkgimage heaps
by 0.8 MiB.
