feat: add ens provider (#704)

* feat: add ens provider

Fixes .eth names being misrouted as domains: getInputType now classifies *.eth as 'ens' and routes it to the new ens provider (metadata.ens.domains).

Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5.5 <noreply@anthropic.com>

* fix: normalize ens names and trim before ens routing

Use ENSIP-15 normalization (@adraffy/ens-normalize) instead of
lowercasing, so non-ASCII and emoji names reach the metadata service in
their registered form, and names ENS rejects resolve to no avatar.
Trim input before matching ENS_REGEX so padded names still auto-route.
