feat: add goodreads provider (#705)

* feat: add goodreads provider

Resolves Goodreads user photos by vanity username or numeric id, and
author photos via author:<id>. Upgrades images to the p8 size and treats
the nophoto placeholder as a miss.

* fix: reject malformed goodreads input before fetching

parseInput('author:') produced an empty user id and fetched the Goodreads
homepage, whose og:image is the site logo, and 'author:4:5' silently
dropped the trailing field. Reject empty or surplus fields and skip the
fetch for them, the way gumroad short-circuits invalid usernames.
