test(FormRange): check a theme class colours the thumb and the fill (#1643)

The range thumb and the track fill read `--cui-theme-bg` before their own
tokens, so a `.theme-*` class wins over `--cui-range-thumb-bg` and
`--cui-range-track-fill-bg`, as it does for the other controls. Nothing
tested that. Chromium does not expose the slider pseudo-elements to
`getComputedStyle`, so the new cases read the declared value from the
stylesheet and resolve it inside the themed wrapper. Dropping the slot
from either property fails its case.
