test(ButtonGroup): check the divider sits between the buttons in RTL (#1642)

`.btn-group-divider` places its line with `inset-inline-start`, so in a
right-to-left group it lands on the edge the two buttons share. Nothing
tested that. The new direction case measures the line against that edge in
the four direction shapes the spec already covers; switching the property
back to a physical `left` fails the two right-to-left groups.
