fix(cypher): the temporal accessors read the minimum date 0001-01-01 as itself, not as a failed parse (#1105)

Review: rowTemporalTime took parseDateTime's zero time as a failure, but
it is also the valid instant 0001-01-01T00:00:00Z, so date.year('0001-01-01')
was null in both evaluators now that they share it (the main evaluator's
old date.* cases gave 1). A zero result is read again as the text itself.
