fix(cypher): a clause inside a subquery within a CASE still starts there; a variable named case takes a label test (#1162)

Review: insideCaseBlock read the MATCH of THEN COLLECT { MATCH … } as a
name for a scanner of the whole text (the graph-access check); a keyword
is the CASE block's only at the block's own bracket level. The IS label
test skipped case IS Person, reading the variable case as the keyword; a
CASE grammar word skips the test only as the CASE reader reads it
(CASE is WHEN … is a simple CASE over is).
