molly: apply a time_limit option in run_test

The time_limit option was validated and documented, but never applied:
the workload generator was passed to client threads unwrapped, so a
test with an infinite generator ran forever regardless of the option.

run_test() now wraps the workload generator with gen.time_limit() when
opts.time_limit is set, stopping clients once the time limit is
reached. The option is validated as a positive number. As a result the
generator must be a Molly iterator (a generator with gen/param/state
fields) when the time limit is used.
