molly: expose json.NULL on LuaJIT

molly.json returns cjson on LuaJIT, which provides a null sentinel as
cjson.null, while Tarantool's json module uses json.NULL. Code and
tests referenced json.NULL, which was nil on LuaJIT: read micro-ops
lost their third element and histories were encoded without null
values.

The patch aliases json.NULL to the backend null sentinel when it is
absent, so null is preserved on both runtimes.
