Preselect only the default in astro deploy, and mark links alike everywhere (#2305)

* Preselect only the default in astro deploy, and mark links alike everywhere

The deploy prompt let ASTRO_DEPLOYMENT and the astro use selection move its
highlight, labelled "linked, from ...". Those choose which Airflow the query
commands read; where code ships is the project's. The prompt now highlights
only the default link (default = true, or a project's only link), as Astro
Desktop does, and the Preselect plumbing, deployPreselect and its pin read
go.

astro use and the astro link pickers mark rows in the deploy prompt's words:
"default" (deploy.DefaultMark) on the project's default link, no arrow and
no "default = true"; "from ASTRO_DEPLOYMENT" on a row the variable made
current in astro use. The link default and remove pickers now mark the
default too, and astro use's rows gain a default field in --output json
(additive; goldens updated).

- When ASTRO_DEPLOYMENT names the default link, astro use's picker and
  listing read "default, from ASTRO_DEPLOYMENT" instead of the variable's
  mark hiding the default (and the text disagreeing with its own JSON). One
  linkMarks rule marks every link list; currentMark keeps only the env case.
- astro deploy notes on stderr, before the prompt, when an exported
  ASTRO_DEPLOYMENT names something other than the default, since it used to
  move the cursor and Enter now lands elsewhere.
- astro use reads the default from instances.Set (new DefaultName) rather
  than recomputing it over a copied map.
- docs/instances.md names the listing's top-level current and the rows'
  current/default booleans apart.
