fix(cypher): db.retrieve's where reads a pattern element's own WHERE, as a statement does (#1133)

A statement's text is rewritten when it enters the executor
(desugarLabelExpressions): among other things, a pattern element's own
WHERE ((m:Coll WHERE m.id IN $ids)) becomes a clause WHERE, inside subquery
bodies too. A retrieval's where predicate skipped that, so the pattern
engine got the inline WHERE as written, and the bound-pattern matcher
didn't read it and found no rows. The where predicate is now rewritten
the same way when it is compiled, and the bound-pattern matcher leaves a
pattern with an element WHERE to the pipeline instead of matching nothing.
