feat(search, cypher): db.retrieveGraph hits carry their matches; relationship hits get term and chunk matches

db.retrieveGraph returned matches: null in both forms. Node hits already
carried the matches the node search computes; they now reach the rows and
the page. A relationship hit now gets matches as a node hit does: the query
terms in the properties the keyword index reads, with their property and
offsets, and the best chunks of a vector hit (no property offsets, as a
relationship's chunk places aren't recorded). matches: false leaves them
out.
