Bump LinearAlgebra / SparseArrays + add LBT `LazyLibraryCallback` for `--trim` (#63761)

* stdlib: Bump LinearAlgebra and run LBT on-load callbacks as `LazyLibraryCallback`s

Bump LinearAlgebra from 24fe801 to ba87758, which registers its OpenBLAS
on-load hook with libblastrampoline_jll as a `Libdl.LazyLibraryCallback`
object rather than a plain function (JuliaLang/LinearAlgebra.jl#1751).

libblastrampoline_jll now accepts such callbacks in `add_dependency!` and
is itself loaded through a `LazyLibraryCallback`, which dispatches to the
registered callbacks via `Libdl._invoke_on_load_callback`. This lets
`--trim` compile and verify the whole on-load chain, so BLAS can be loaded
from a trimmed binary.

Assisted-by: Claude Code (Opus 5.5)

* stdlib: Bump SparseArrays and JuliaC for SuiteSparse loading under `--trim`

Bump SparseArrays from 753d040 to 18700f9. This includes
JuliaSparse/SparseArrays.jl#1028, which computes the SuiteSparse library
paths with a `Libdl.LazyLibraryCallback` so that the libraries can be
loaded from a trimmed binary.

Bump the JuliaC used by the trim tests to JuliaLang/JuliaC.jl@7255a7f,
which accepts a `LazyLibrary` path computed by a `LazyLibraryCallback`.

Assisted-by: Claude Code (Opus 5.5)

* test: Enable the BLAS and SuiteSparse `--trim` tests

These were disabled because a trimmed binary could not load
libblastrampoline or the SuiteSparse libraries, whose `LazyLibrary`
on-load callbacks and paths were not compileable under `--trim`.

Assisted-by: Claude Code (Opus 5.5)

* test: Add dense linear algebra to the `--trim` tests

Move the SparseArrays tests of Trimmability into `linalg.jl` and pair each
with a dense LinearAlgebra counterpart, plus `det`, `inv` and `svdvals`.

Assisted-by: Claude Code (Opus 5.5)
