feat: Store empty and repeated chunks once (#188)

Store a chunk of zeroes as an empty group with no data, and let a
chunk where every byte has the same value reuse an earlier group of
the same size and value, as Dolphin does.

The saving on the test images is small for now, as zstd already
shrinks these chunks to a few bytes and Wii partitions are still
stored encrypted, but it matters once partitions are decrypted.
