feat: Compress RVZ images with Zstandard (#187)

Compress now uses Zstandard at level 5 by default, matching Dolphin.
Each group is kept compressed only if that makes it smaller, and the
raw data and group tables are always compressed, with Dolphin's
estimate for the space reserved for them.

Add WithCompression to choose MethodNone or MethodZstandard and the
level, and export the compression methods and chunk sizes as
constants, which the decompressor registry and chunk size checks now
use.

Add a compress command to the CLI.
