feat: Add Compress to write RVZ images (#185)

Add Compress, which converts a GameCube or Wii disc image into an RVZ
image, with WithChunkSize to set the chunk size. This first step stores
the whole disc as a single uncompressed raw data area, laid out as
Dolphin does: the first 0x80 bytes in the disc header, headers and
tables in space reserved at the start of the file, and each group
padded to 4 bytes.

Compression, packing and Wii partition support follow in later
changes; the variadic options let those be added without changing the
signature.
