fix(Autocomplete): leave disabled options out of the match on blur (#1622)

Leaving the field matched the typed text against every option, disabled
ones included, and re-selected whatever the text named. Typing the label
of a disabled option fired `change` with that option even though the
selection refused it, and a field that takes only defined options kept
the text instead of clearing it.

Blur and Enter now follow one rule. Text that is exactly the label of
the current selection leaves the field alone and closes the panel, so
leaving or confirming the field no longer reports the selection again,
switches it to another option with the same label, or turns it into
free text once its option has been disabled. Any other text is matched
against the options a user can select (`_selectableOptions`, which the
hint uses too), so a disabled option never matches and an enabled option
with the same label does. `_selectOption` refuses a disabled option
itself. The page says that text naming no option a user can select is
cleared on blur, unless it is the label of the current selection.
