[#511] Refuse profane phrases, plurals and missing words at sign-up (#538)

LDNOOBW's 134 multi-word entries never matched, since a subdomain has
no spaces; consecutive tokens are now joined and compared exactly, so
`dog-style` is refused without letting hyphens invent words. Plurals
are reduced to their singular, stripping `es` only after a sibilant so
`spices` stays allowed.

`profanity_extra.txt` adds hand-picked words from better_profanity's
list, which as a whole still refuses `hiv`, `stroke`, `paddy` and
`dong`; those stay allowed.
