debug(gha): Migrate installer smoke steps to native OxDock DSL (#201)

### Added

- Quick start documents standalone installs with the same template-rendered commands CI executes, organized by intent: try without installing, install the CLI, add the library.

### Changed

- Windows installer announcements print as plain stderr lines instead of yellow `WARNING:` records: PowerShell routes warnings to stdout when stdout is redirected, so anything capturing stderr missed them. The shell stub already wrote bare lines, so both stubs now emit identical bytes.
- `install.sh` installs identically piped or from file: the tail runs as a function so piped delivery is fully read before the stdin drain runs. Piped runs previously exited 0 with nothing installed when the drain swallowed unread script.
- The Windows default install destination is `%LOCALAPPDATA%\Microsoft\WindowsApps` from either installer, already on PATH: installs work immediately with no shell restart or path editing. The shell stub previously defaulted to `$HOME/.local/bin` under Git Bash, where the msys HOME shadows the real profile. Set `INSTALL_DIR` to choose another destination.

### Fixed

- The `oxdock_embed!` README example stages assets under manifest-relative `prebuilt/` instead of `target/prebuilt`: `target/` is gitignored and excluded from `cargo package`, so published crates must vendor their staging tree and hash for downstream builds to reuse it without re-execution.
