feat: Add INSTALL, PROMPT, and REMOVE DSL commands and PATH_WRITABLE function (#206)

### Added

- `INSTALL <source> <dest>` command (#205): atomically places an already-verified binary with executable modes. The `oxdock-fs` helper (`install_file_atomic`) ensures the parent dir first, stages as a temp file inside the dest dir, sets `0755` on Unix, then renames, so the final path never carries the wrong mode and interrupted transfers leave no truncated binary. Unix renames atomically (running images swap inode); Windows renames an existing dest aside first, since overwrite-copy fails on a running image. `install.oxfile` now places through `INSTALL` instead of `MKDIR` + `COPY`.
- `PROMPT $var <message> [<default>]` command (#205): prints `{message} [{default}]: ` to stderr and reads one line from the terminal, binding `$var` with declare-or-mutate semantics. Empty input yields the default (or `""`); EOF aborts loudly; non-TTY stdin is never read (a default binds with a stderr note, no default bails). The installer stubs export `OXDOCK_INTERACTIVE=1` only with a console behind stdin (`[ -t 0 ]` on shell, `UserInteractive` without input redirection on PowerShell), and `install.oxfile` confirms the destination in that branch, looping until the path is a writable dir or a creatable absence.
- `STD::PATH_WRITABLE($path)` function (#205): reports whether an ordinary file can be created at a path without creating anything. Empty strings are false; otherwise it walks to the nearest existing ancestor, requires a directory, and probes with a randomized file behind an RAII drop-guard, so installer retry loops cannot litter. The installer validity loop composes it with `PATH_TYPE`.
- `REMOVE [--recursive] <path>` command (#205): removes a file, symlink, or empty dir; directory trees require spelling out `--recursive`. Missing paths and non-empty dirs without the flag bail naming the path. Symlink removal unlinks the reference itself, never the target (guard canonic... (continued)
