fix(math): correct acoshf ln2 constant and reject negative inputs (#4358)

acoshf declared ln2 without its leading "0.", so every x >= 0x1p12
returned about 6.93e35. The 2 <= x < 0x1p12 branch also tested the
absolute value instead of the signed bits, so -0x1p12 < x <= -2
returned a finite value or -Infinity instead of NaN. Follow musl and
test the signed bits there; negative inputs now fall through to
lnf(x) + ln2, which yields NaN.
