docs: remove the pages of single command groups

The pages of the BMC watchdog, chassis, IPM device global and IPMI
messaging support commands describe a few command groups with
hand-written support tables and examples. The commands of all groups
are documented in the API reference, which is generated from the
docstrings and stays up to date with the code.

Remove the pages and their entries in the table of contents.
